The Nerdy Trader, founded by Bobby Warner, provides educational resources, live coaching, training modules, templates, and community access designed to help beginners learn trading fundamentals in a structured and supportive way.
Our programs, including the current beta program, are strictly educational. They are not financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of trading results.

4. Payment and Beta Pricing
- The beta program is offered at a special discounted rate of $50 CAD.
- Payment is required in full before access is granted.
- Beta pricing is temporary and may not reflect future program pricing.
- All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
5. Beta Program Disclaimer
As a beta member, you acknowledge that:
- The program is in testing and may change at any time.
- Features, lessons, or tools may be adjusted based on participant feedback.
- You may encounter errors, incomplete modules, or content that is later revised.
- Your participation and feedback help improve the program.
6. Refund Policy
- The beta program is offered at a heavily discounted rate in exchange for feedback.
- Refunds are generally not provided.
- Exceptions may be considered only in cases of technical failure preventing access.
7. Intellectual Property
- All materials provided by The Nerdy Trader (videos, templates, cheat sheets, course outlines, and community content) are the property of The Nerdy Trader.
- You may not reproduce, resell, or share program materials outside of the community.
- Personal use is permitted for your own educational development.
8. Community Guidelines

- No harassment, spam, or inappropriate conduct.
- No sharing of other participants’ personal information.
- Violations may result in removal from the program without refund.

- Beta members may be eligible for discounts or early access to the finalized program.
- Access to beta materials is not guaranteed indefinitely.
- Future course pricing and offers may differ.
